Many women are unsatisfied with the size of their breasts and have considered cosmetic surgery to correct that. Getting a breast enlargement surgery is a decision that needs to be made carefully. Not only should you research information on how much it will cost, how the procedure is done and what the recovery time is, you also need to consider some other less thought of issues.

What is the real feel of breast enlargement? It may not be something you have really taken into consideration. Not only do you need to consider how it will look, you should also consider how it will feel.

Plastic surgeons will usually say they feel just like normal breasts but that may only be true if someone else were to touch them. Even then it might not be the case since there are issues with hardening that can occur.

When it comes to how a breast enlargement will feel for you, it is definitely not the case that they will feel like normal breasts. The normal tissue of a breast has a different density than saline implants. This will cause the weight of your breasts to feel different.

The other thing to take into consideration is that many times breast implants will cause your breasts to feel hard. This is due to the body forming scar tissue around the implants. This hardening can make detecting any lumps in the breast difficult. If there are concerns of breast cancer you will have a difficult time knowing if you should be checked out further. It can also be difficult for a mammogram to be able to see all of your breast tissue, depending on where the implant is placed.

Getting breast enlargement might seem like the answer but before deciding on it, take time to consider how it will feel and if you can learn to live with that.
